All you need is a yoga mat, or really any flat surface with a bit of grip! Some of our classes include the use of props like blocks or a strap, but we always give alternatives if you donāt have them.
All classes are pre-recorded so you can practice whenever you like! We add 4-6 brand new classes every Sunday for you to practice throughout the week, then all those classes join the on-demand library for your future practice pleasure.
